The project  - GANHANDO ASAS (Winning Wings) -  was developed for young people with Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities, focusing on educational and social development, and their insertion in environments of common interest to young people of the same age.

It was conceived from a mother's desire to offer her child a new worldview beyond the conventional, seeking to extract as much as possible from his abilities. REGRA3 elaborated the project conceived by Mary Cantarelli and the first classes were Gastronomy (Asas Gormet), with Chef Kiko Selva and Arts (Wings of Imagination) with the Plastic Artist Fátima Paes, under the coordination of the pedagogue Flávia Ferraz.

In August 2017, the Winning Wings won university status! Renata Victor, Coordinator of UNICAP Photography, embraced the project and now, in addition to the gastronomy and arts pilot groups, young people attend College in the course GANHANDO ASAS ATRAVÉS DA COMUNICACAO E DA ARTE (Winning Wings Through Communication and Art).
